Julian Gross, Community Benefits Agreements: Making Development Projects Accountable (2005). The report includes guidance intended to help community groups learn how CBAs work and to explain many of the different kinds of benefits for which community groups can negotiate.
Oasis Earth, Citizens’ Advisory Councils for Mining in the Pacific (2012).
